    3. Internet use information: when you visit our website we may collect information such as your IP address, browser type and language, and access times as part of the operation of the website.
    4. Becoming a candidate of CRL: if you chose to become a candidate of CRL we collect more detailed information from you to enable us to give you the advice you need and carry out your instructions.
    5. Information from other sources: we do not collect information about you from other sources unless it is in the public domain or you have authorised us to do so.

    1. Anonymous Information: We use Anonymous Information to collect salary-related information from New Zealand based employees to help you benchmark and compare your salary to other similarly employed employees within New Zealand. The Anonymous Information which you provide will be provided to other users of this website and may be used for research or other statistical purposes. You grant us the right to use Anonymous Information for whatever purpose we deem appropriate.
    2. Personal information: if you chose to provide us with Personal Information we shall use this and internet use information for the following:
      1. To provide you with an email notification every time twenty new profiles that match yours are entered into the site. The purpose of this is to enable you to track your salary against the market over time, and to remind you to update your details if applicable;
      2. To personalise and improve your experience on this website or with the services we provide;
      3. To communicate with you in relation to any matter relevant to our business, this website and the services or products we provide;
      4. To monitor website usage;
      5. To provide you with information from third parties which we think would be of interest to you.
